Custodial Services, the commercial janitorial division of JM Murray, provides large-scale commercial cleaning services to a variety of customers, including medical, automotive, manufacturing, and financial institutional markets within the counties of Cortland, Tompkins, Broome, Cayuga, and Onondaga. We are recognized as one of the largest commercial cleaning services in these counties. Our customers include, but are not limited to:

Our commercial janitorial division is always looking to expand the types of organizations that we serve. Specifically, we offer exam and treatment room cleaning to critical hospital-level sanitation standards. Our services include general dusting and cleaning, trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, carpet shampooing, Vinyl Composite Tile (VCT) and other hard surface floor care, bathroom sanitizing, and interior and exterior window cleaning.

In addition to daily routine maintenance we also offer cleaning and floor care services for one-time projects. We can provide post-construction cleaning services, and we have full-service floor care capabilities including carpet cleaning and VCT floor stripping and waxing.
