We welcome and encourage your support to ensure that JM Murray remains true to our mission to provide services for people with disabilities and their families that enhance the quality of their lives.
The JM Murray Foundation was created for the sole purpose of ensuring your donation will be used for our mission. All monies received will be deposited into the JM Murray Foundation for the express purposes of our mission. Your charitable donation to JM Murray helps us to bridge the gaps in programming and further enrich the lives of individuals we serve. We are a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization, and your donation may be tax deductible.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Donations: In order to contribute, a Donor will be required to provide JM Murray information regarding their credit card information or other payment instrument. You, as a Donor, represent and warrant to JM Murray that such information is true and that you are authorized to use the applicable Payment Instrument. You agree that all Donation payments are final and will not be refunded unless JM Murray, in its sole discretion, agrees to issue a refund. JM Murray uses a third-party payment processing partner to bill you through your credit card issuer for any donation made by credit card, and Donors acknowledge that by making a Donation, the Donor is agreeing to any and all applicable terms set forth by our payment partner (currently, PayTrace) in addition to these Terms.
Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard: The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of industry-mandated requirements for any business that handles, processes, or stores credit cards. The primary purpose of the standards is to maintain controls around cardholder data to reduce credit card fraud. As a service provider, JM Murray is PCI DSS compliant and will maintain all applicable PCI DSS requirements to the extent that we possess or otherwise store, process, or transmit cardholder data on behalf of you, or to the extent that we can in any way impact the security of your cardholder environment.
