OraLine, Inc. is seeking a career-minded, professional, team-oriented Customer Service Representative with a demonstrated passion for excellence and commitment to customer satisfaction.  This position provides information to customers in response to inquiries about products and services; assists businesses interested in opening accounts; troubleshoots customer issues; and generates a variety of sales/inventory reports.  Enter purchase orders and follow through to fulfillment, including verifying prices, lead time, and shipping/delivery information.  With a keen eye for detail, receive, review and process orders for decorated products.

Required: High School Diploma or GED, with one year of experience in customer service or similar field of work. Experience in sales and operations preferred; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong problem solving and organizational skills; ability to multi-task.   Proficient with various software programs including Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer. Knowledge of Enterprise Resource planning systems a plus.  Experience with multiline telephones helpful.
