We are seeking someone who is energetic and flexible to be a Community Integration Specialist to provide pre-employment services for adults with disabilities to assess their work skills and interests.  And, to develop partnerships with community businesses and organizations that would provide opportunities for pre-employment work experiences.

Requirements:  HS w/ at least 2 yrs exp. working with adults with disabilities or Associates degree in related field w/ 1 yr exp. working with individuals with disabilities.  Experience providing community based services to individuals with disabilities preferred.  

Must be able to work independently in a variety of settings; exercise sound judgment and decision-making skills; and problem-solve.  Excellent communication, flexibility, organization and time management skills. Valid NYS driver license and a reliable vehicle required.  Familiarity with the Cortland area and local organizations and businesses desired.
