As the Office Assistant at our West Rd. Employment Connections building you will be the point of contact for all individuals seeking services from JM Murray. The Office Assistant will log and forward all required information to Service Directors to ensure timely admissions. The Office Assistant will also provide reports and information on the current status for all individuals on the intake list, complete input of data and information in designated databases. Maintain all data for Foothold, including receiving calls and requests from services staff for Foothold help desk issues, assist with electronic maintenance.

Requirements: High School education and 2 years of related experience. Must be friendly, professional, confident with good communication skills, providing clerical support including but not limited to typing, filing, faxing, copying, creating labels, mailings and accurately entering data into databased. Must have experience with multi-line phone system, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
