Position is primarily point of contact for all internal and external customers (e.g. employees, vendors, brokers). Assist with benefit administration, maintain personnel files, generate and distribute monthly reports and reconcile billing. Backup other job duties such as recruitment, onboarding new employees, and conduct new employee orientation and training.
Requirements: AA/AS degree in human resources related field; 3-5 years related experience, with at least one year of HR; Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and similar database software.
Desired Qualities: Demonstrates ability to maintain confidential information with discretion. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent planning and organizational skills, and attention to detail. Ability to foster effective working relationships at all levels of the organization. Past experience with benefits administration preferred.
