Litmos Integration – June 2025

Some important things to note:

  1. Your Login email is the same email used for ADP—it is the same email you will receive the Litmos notification email on—it may be a different email than the one in our Outlook address book.  If you do not receive the Litmos welcome email by the end of the day today—check your other emails (example: you received this email in your JM Murray email—but ADP uses your person email.  Litmos will send the notification to your personal email.  THAT is the email you use to login to the system)
  2. All your completed training records from our old system have been exported to the new Litmos system.  If you there is an error in these records—please reach out to trainer@jmmurray.com
  3. The new training portal through Litmos offers an app to use on your mobile device  We strongly encourage you to download this app, even if you do not plan on using the app for the trainings—as the app will keep you notified of when trainings have been added to your account, or when trainings are coming due.  The app is available on both the Google Play Store and Apple Store.  Search for “Litmos”, and download the app—it looks like this:

Required Training for Services Employees

Our on-line training environment consists of a series of self-paced courses in which trainees will be required to watch a video and complete a short quiz. After completing the quiz, the trainee will be asked to check the box signifying that they watched the video and understood the content. Please follow the order of the videos on your Account page. Upon completion of each course, you will return to your Account page and can begin the next course.

When you reach the Fire Safety videos, please reference the written instructions you received in your packet from Human Resources. Services employees must complete the assigned training courses within 30 days of their date of hire.

Sexual Harassment Training: Required for Employees of JM Murray and ESTI.

The training consists of information on awareness and prevention of sexual harassment. The presentation includes interactive questions that will need to be answered in order to complete the training. New employees are required to complete this training within 30 days of their date of hire.
