Community Habilitation Services assists people with developmental disabilities towards acquiring and maintaining the skills necessary to live as independently as possible within their own home and community. In addition to helping individuals reach their goals, this service also promotes choice, independence, and community participation. The services are tailored to the individual’s desires and scheduling needs, including evenings and weekends.
