We are growing and want you to join us as a Production Supervisor. Responsible for the daily supervision of employees, scheduling; work output and profitability evaluations of assembly and packaging work groups within a production environment. Knowledge of production planning, inventory and quality control procedures, ERP/MRP, familiarity with safety (OSHA) regulations. Familiar with techniques in identifying, evaluating and resolving human relations problems.  Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and listening, competent mathematical skills, and basic knowledge of computers including word and excel.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED, 4-5 years’ experience in a similar environment desired.  Experience directing and/or supervising personnel. Experience managing individual job documentation.

Starting pay rate: $20.00 per hour, based on experience.
