JM Murray is seeking a Team Leader for our Business Operations. Reporting to the Business Operations Supervisor, the team leader is responsible for the coordination of work activities of assigned individuals and ensuring that productivity, work processes, quality and safety are maintained according to company standards.
The ideal candidate must have basic reading and comprehension skills, basic math skills, basic troubleshooting skills, basic computer skills, comprehensive verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of production planning and inventory control, and be familiar with safety (OSHA) regulations.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED with 1year experience with manufacturing and/or production environment preferred.
