Jason joined JM Murray in 2002 through a pre-vocational program, learning the skills and rhythms of work. Today, he’s our lead operator of the film conversion machine—a full-time supported employee with talent, focus, and pride in every task. His story isn’t about overcoming disability. It’s about finding a place where his strengths shine, his work matters, and he’s celebrated for exactly who he is.
